Why this exists
I am the job seeker this was built for. Every list I found was the same ten names, a login wall, or a “score” nobody could explain. The good companies — the ones with 40 open roles and no billboard — were invisible unless you already knew their name.
So I read 10,125 companies out of Y Combinator’s directory, SEC filings, CB Insights, Forbes and TechCrunch, threw out 6,895 that no source would stand behind, and kept the 789 whose own boards say they are hiring right now. Under 371 of the names I wrote what they do, who it is for and why them — my words, checked against their sites — and where I have not read one yet, the card says not yet read instead of a guess.
The whole funnel, and everything this page refuses to say, is printed inside the register — one click from every card.
